On Saturday 9/18, we went to Sbarro location at Chicago Ridge Mall, at Chicago Ridge, Illinois and ordered food. Server had a bad attitude with us for no reason, cashier rushed us to pay while the other have us an attitude.
Food servers had NO masks and NO gloves while serving food. After paying, we sat down at court food and started to eat. My salad was watery, black and the croutons were sagging. Our pizza had MOLD underneath the fresh cheese the server put on our pizza.
When we brought these things to the servers' attention, they got defensive, they yelled at us, called us *** and demanded us to leave the restaurant. Employees must be properly trained and monitored. I am NOT happy with this incident. We paid $24.84, and I want my money back, they refused to refund our money, the manager also refused to give us our money back and continued yelling at us.
I don't think I have to pay for spoiled and moldy food.
No one should.
And it is absolutely no right treating people and customers like that. Please take care of these matters.

We went to Cabazon 11/28 and decided to buy our lunch from Sbarros. Our order tooked a very long time but I have been patient about it until the employees acted very rude that made me lose my patience and got mad.
The employee named, John along with his co-worker Peter acted very rude and the manager Rebecca didn't do anything to stop her arrogant employees from acting the way they acted in front of all the other customers and she was also covering up their bad behavior. I feel sorry that they represent the company. If those employees and the manager mentioned are always acting like that towards their customers, I can almost guarantee that they will receive more and more complaints from that Sbarro branch. I would like an apology from them for the way they treated me.
John threatened us to call the security on us when he was the one who was very rude towards me and walked out from his job saying that he quit but later on ate his words and came back to work maybe thinking that my family and I already left the outlet. He saw me and he was still his arrogant and rude self along with his also rude co-worker Peter.

Im not a big pizza eater but ever since I tried Sbarros Pizza at an outlet mall years ago I have been addicted to their pizza. Too bad they only have a few locations left here in Michigan.
We drive over 20 miles one way just to get their pizzas. We were at 12 Oaks the day after Thanksgiving when we decided to order a large pizza to take home. We ordered and paid for the pizza. They guy by the ovens is the one that told us it would be ready in 25 minutes.
We walked around the mall and came back to not only find out that our pizza wasnt even made but the guy by the oven acted like he never even seen us. Luckily I had the receipt. There was another girl who was even ruder. Thats when I said I just wanted my money back.
Not one of them apologized for our inconvenience. In fact, the girl just reached into the cash register grabbed the money and rudely handed it back to me. I called Sabarros headquarters and left 2 voice messages and wrote them an email. No one will call me back.
If this is the way they treat their customers, its no wonder why they cant keep all their locations open. Needless to say we wont be getting Sbarros Pizza anymore.

Preferred solution: I would like an apology for how we were treated at the location and by their headquarters. I would give them a second chance if they offered us a free pizza for out inconvenience.

Terrible Service - Lexington KY
I have attempted to order a pizza from the Sbarro located inside of Fayette Mall in Lexington KY on two occasions over the past two weeks. On the first occasion, I called the order in for pick up.
I was told that the pizza would be ready for pick up in 25 minutes. I waited 30. I went inside to pick it up and was told that it hadnt been made. I cancelled the order and left.
Today at approximately 4:30 Eastern, I went by the location to order a pizza in person hoping that being present would help achieve the completion of the order. There were two young ladies working the counter. Not only was I the only customer in line, but I was the only customer within 50 feet of the counter. When I told them that I wanted to order a whole pizza, I was promptly cut off and told, We are not making whole pizzas today.
When I observed that I was the only customer who was in line for anything, I was told that it didnt matter and that orders for whole pizzas were not being taken today. I left. Im not preparing to spend $20 on a Papa Johns pick-up order.
The accuracy and quality of the Fayette Mall location is always a crap shoot but the inability to obtain or even place an order for a pizza is truly unreal. I assume corporate management would wish to know that one of its locations flat out refuses to fulfill customer requests for items on the menu.

They didn't even bother to reach out to me. Even though I love their pizza and go way out of my way to get it I will NEVER buy from them again!!!
